UX Designer

As a UX Designer you will be responsible for conducting user research, translating user pain points and needs into usable and accessible user interfaces on a low-code/no-code platform. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user goals and pain points, creating wireframes and prototypes of design solutions, communicating design decisions to stakeholders, and ensuring users find the applications usable and accessible. Experience in and a strong understanding of user experience principles are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of the application to enhance overall user satisfaction and meeting strict accessibility standards.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in design, human-centered design, or a related field
5 years proven experience as a UX designer, user researcher, or equivalent role
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective design solutions that meet user needs
Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms
Understanding of accessible design and Section 508, WCAG guidelines and accessibility tools like ANDI and JAWS
Experience and understanding of federal government projects a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
