Administrative Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the project plan(s)
  • Closely working with the customer to assist in the Appeals Settlement business needs
  • Support Program Management, planning and analysis support of administration, operational and program services
  • Processing Request for Claim Appeals Settlements
  • Developing and Maintain various list and reports for the program
  • Facilitation of communication and packages, including signatures
  • Coordination and leadership of meetings, meeting notes and follow-up
  • Responsible for capturing meeting minutes and notes with the Technical Writer
  • Responsible for all coordination with the customer
  • Actively support documentation related to project
  • Attend customer meetings, as required. This may include developing materials to support required meetings.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities, as required.
  • Facilitation of Appeals Cases
  • Assist in reports as needed


  • Must have at least 3+ years in supporting project teams
  • 3+ years in editing and technical writing
  • Experience in creating templates for project use
  • Experience in creating and presenting material to various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detailed focused
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience in working within a large team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
