You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include:
1. Leading teams responsible for the planning and formulation of multi-year budget estimates to support program administration fiscal needs; AND 2. Providing technical guidance on financial management policies, procedures and implementation and execution of federal budget, acquisition process and national health insurance program; AND 3. Managing the work assignments of subordinate team members, performing technical review of staff work, and providing feedback for improvements. 4. Utilizing forecast planning to develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the Center's strategic plan and priorities. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Time-in-Grade:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
