You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include:
(1). Performing statistical analysis to find patterns or relationships within large volumes of data; (2). Using data visualization, assessment, or integration methods to prepare data for statistical analysis and reports; (3). Conducting statistical analysis and prepares briefings or summary reports to explain data obtained from studies; and (4). Leading internal and external process or system reviews, studies, projects, or data validation efforts to provide a means for evaluating system performance and vulnerabilities. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Time-in-Grade:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
